sdg:Publisher is the default publisher role for ordinary publishing agents. In the bootstrap policy it is granted sdg:publish over documents whose IRI starts with the sample namespace prefix (http://example.org/docs/) — a Phase 1 convenience that lets the demo storyboards exercise the full write path without real identity wiring.Copy as claim

Organisations are expected to supersede this with their own publisher roles and PolicyDocuments; the role itself carries no privileges beyond what published Rules grant it.Copy as claim
